Zinux Technologies (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an IT solutions company registered and operating from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. We offer web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, SEO & digital marketing, and custom software development services.

3. Services

We provide the following services:

  • SEO & Digital Marketing (organic growth, paid campaigns)
  • Custom Software Development (ERPs, automation tools, bespoke systems)

The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms for each project are defined in a separate project agreement or proposal signed between Zinux Technologies and the client.

4. Project Agreements & Payments

All projects begin only upon signing a formal agreement. Payment terms, milestones, and refund conditions are specified in that agreement. Payments are collected offline and are not processed through this website. Late payments may result in project suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Until full payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of Zinux Technologies.

We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

All content, logos, code, and design on zinuxtech.com itself — unless otherwise stated — are the property of Zinux Technologies and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for the project
  • Reviewing and providing feedback within agreed timelines
  • Ensuring they have the rights to any content (text, images, trademarks) they provide to us
  • Complying with all applicable laws for their business and the product we build for them

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zinux Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content or service. We do not guarantee specific results from SEO or marketing campaigns.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use or recommend third-party tools and platforms (e.g., hosting providers, CRMs, payment gateways) as part of project delivery. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of these third-party services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice, subject to the terms of the signed project agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

We may also suspend or terminate access to this website for anyone who violates these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
